Adding a Repair Phase

To add a Repair Phase

  1. Open or create a Repair Order.
  2. Select the Repair Plan tab.
  3. Create the Repair Plan (if one does not exist).
  4. Select Add Phase from the toolbar.
  5. From the Repair Phase window, enter a name that describes the Repair Phase in the Phase Name field.
  6. Enter an hours value in the Production Hours field.
  7. Click OK. The Add Phase screen closes.

Note: You have the option to create multiple Repair Phases within the Repair Plan. To add another Repair Phase, repeat steps 4 through 7 of this section.

  1. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
